The first daughter of masked Afrobeat musician, Abisade Ologunde, popularly known as Lagbaja, Moyosade Ologunde married her longtime beau, Olamide Obilana, at Motherlan in Opebi recently.

Moyosade attended Pennsylvania State University School of Management where she bagged a Masters in business administration and now works as a change management specialist at a US firm. 

Heard that during the wedding, guests were forbidden to take photos so as not to unmask the father of the bride, Lagbaja, who came without his mask.

Nigerian international Taye Taiwo has completed his move to Turkish side Bursaspor from AC Milan.

ASUU Strike: Nigerian Government, Lawmakers to Hold Crucial Meeting on Tuesday

One week after university lecturers across Nigeria commenced an indefinite strike the Federal Government said it is taking steps to resolve the contending issues.

The Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayyatu Rufa’I, on Monday also appealed to the lecturers, members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), to suspend the strike and “go back to classes”.

Ms. Rufa’I, who made the appeal at a meeting with vice-chancellors of Nigerian universities in Abuja, said: “we plead with them to go back to classes.

They have three legs joined together, one liver, one kidney and one intestine.” Ironically, the scan that was conducted didn’t reveal that it was conjoined twins.


The 32-year-old resident of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, who is from Itu Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, and his 30-year-old wife, are currently at a loss.
Apparently the scan did not reveal the childrens condition and the parents had been elated that they were getting twins.

The father of the babies has been told to look for a hospital in the world that can perform the operation and they would send a referral email on his behalf.

I dont understand why the scan did not reveal that the babies were conjoined together or revealed that both were sharing one internal organ...what kind of scan machine is that?

Why do the parents have to be the ones looking for a hospital?arent they suppose to do so on his behalf?

This is so depressing and annoying considering that the couple are not financially buoyant!
I am just pissed at the health care system,it just gets worse by the day!

Nollywood actress, Ini-Edo who was attacked for keeping quiet on the supposedly 2million donation she made to OJB Jezreel's kidney transplant.

Ini Edo has declared that she won't make any noise about donating any money to save the life of someone. The actress stated this while clarifying the recent rumour on her making a donation to save ailing OJB Jezreel.

Ini Edo was rumoured to have given the sum of N2million to the Save OJB Jezreel Campaign, which members of the fundraising committee claimed to be false.

The issue generated some controversies which forced Ruggeedman to indirectly describe Ini Edo and some others of being a liar.

Apparently reacting to the report, the actress said, "If I decide to donate money to save someone's life, I bet you, you will not read about it on social media. So, stop the false rumour."
